Latest work involving a major transformation of the design and experience delivered to colleagues in all of their stores’ Back of House. Aimed at positively impacting the colleagues sense of pride, motivation, loyalty and quality of customer interface.
Feedback to date has been amazingly positive! Spatial planning has seen skills and expertise grouped together in the right way, every ergonomic and operational need has been considered and no small detail overlooked. This total solution is a comprehensive design scheme aimed at all store formats, from the largest Extra stores to the smallest PFS sites.
